Justin Thompson joined OneAscent in March of 2025 as the Director of New Partnership Facilitation. For this role he works with the growth team to help with recruiting, inorganic/organic growth, and succession/contingency planning.

Previously, Justin worked at Concourse Financial Group as a Practice Management Consultant helping advisors with client segmentation, business planning, organic growth, inorganic growth, training the Next Gen advisor, and succession/contingency planning. He is from Birmingham, AL and graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s in business administration.

When Justin is not working, some of his favorite things to do include woodworking/remodeling, hanging with friends and going to the lake. He is an active member at Canterbury United Methodist Church.
